I read the book Flight by Alyssa Rose Ivy today and finished it within hours. I would give this book four stars. The only thing I wish was that the story was longer so I could continue reading because the ending left me wanting more.
In the beginning Allie goes to New Orleans to get away for the summer and take a job at her dad's new hotel. Her friend Jessica tagged along and dragged Allie to a bar one night for a girls night out. That's where Allie met the alluring yet infuriating Levi who also w as at the hotel she worked at. After Jess leaves for a personal issue and Allie is left in New Orleans alone she has no one but Levi.
Levi keeps bugging Allie knowing she likes him and is trying to deny it after swearing out boys. He makes conditions such as he won't leave her alone until she goes out with him, etc. Levi has a secret that he's told no one but he plans on telling Allie. He makes her chose after trapping her between the world she knows and the world he belongs in.
This is a must read book. Although it's a short book that will want you to buy the next one in the series, it's worth it. You'll fall in love with Allie and the person Levi becomes after showing Allie the true him. One of the things I loved about Flight was that the twist was shocking and was untraditional in so many ways.
