Really excellent for teachers facing VAM evaluations and in schools focusing on higher order questioning. It is geared more toward middle school, but most of it is easily adaptable to high school. Like any tip-book, you pick and choose what would work for you in your situation. Most of the points the author makes are truly good ones that should probably be at least considered by most teachers to self-evaluate, but that doesn't mean that each technique would work in every classroom or situation.
