I haven't quite finished this. I'm in the tempeh section right now. I love this book. It's made me a more adventurous & bold cook. Sandor has done a great job in making a food revolution approachable. Wild Fermentation and The Art of Fermentation are some of the best readable cookbooks and reference I've ever read.
