A brilliant way to teach some history without actually writing or making people read.
Most folks tend to underestimate comic books/graphic novels.
“Maus” (or at least this first part) was very refreshing when it comes to WW2 knowledge and helps you remember it’s not just a big black spot in textbooks, but a time of millions slow painful and humiliating deaths. The personal approach really pays off (and the father-son dynamics makes me smile every time).

P.S. Alson, Artie is an asshole.
