I really wasn't familiar with Moshe Kasher, but I heard him on the Nerdist Podcast and thought it might be an interesting read. Eventually my library got it in, so I gave it a spin. He found a way to write about about very serious topics and make it funny, and touching. I work with teens, often ones who are at risk, so it's always interesting to me to see people's take on these subjects, either as an outsider, or in Kasher's case, someone who went through it personally.
