I found this book to be an especially fast read filled with fun little facts and humor. I would recommend this title to anyone looking for a twist on your typical health and diet book. While it may not be filled with workouts or recipes or diets it does offer help to those who may be just getting into a diet or fitness routine and looking for advice or real life anecdotes. I must say that I found myself unconsciouly doing some of the things mentioned in this book like chewing my food more since it helps with digestion and can make you feel fuller, altering my posture when standing an walking, your butt should be slightly pushed out lol, and I am definitely envious of his treadmill desk. If there was a way for me to pull this off at the library where I work or if I started working for home I could get in most of my exercise while doing work on the computer.
