It was a fast, engaging read. Different, in details, from the series, but the feel is the same. It's an interesting world that Harris has created. She brings up some well thought out points about how a vampire would differ from a normal human. It's certainly not high literature, but an awful lot of fun.

Jackie Have you gotten a chance to see True Blood? It's remarkably good.

Jim Yes, we like it a lot. It's quite a bit different from the books, though.

Jackie It's quite an exciting series, I love it. I read the first Sookie novel and while a lot of it was the same, some of it was changed also.

Tosha Harris gave Alan Ball the freedom to go his own direction with True blood! As the show goes on it goes further from the books! Which I like cause it's like a whole other side of the story like it keeps going on and on!
