and let me introduce you with the head of North wing of Malory Towers Mrs. Potts a.k.a Potty.
And let me introduce you with some of the girls who live in that dormitory.
- Darrel River, a short temper girl the main character of this book
- Alicia John, the naughtiest girl in the north wing yet every girl likes her and every teacher nightmare
- Sally Hope, the quite girl but turned to be a very smart and wise girl
- Gwendoline Lacey, the spoil brat and cunning and everyone's enemy.

The story began with the Darrel River leaving the home for Malory tower school, the best girl school at that area.
And she wasn't the only new girl at that term, there were Sally hope and Gwendoline Lacey.
Darrel instantly liked Alicia John for her sharp tongue yet fun to be with.

There were intrigues and some funny moments and how Darrel tried to keep things in order.

This was my favorite book from Enid Blyton (of course after the famous five), and after reading it again I wasn't suprise why I liked it.
The character of the girls in the book is very ordinary common girl at their age.
The main character also was not perfect, she had a very short temper and not that smart, but always tried her best.
And Blyton wrote it very beautifully as if I was one of the girl at Malory Towers.

I liked it then, and still I like it now,
