really liked it

Lies Beneath by Anne Greenwood Brown, started off slowly and after the first twenty or so pages, I was wondering whether I had made a mistake in buying it. The story took off right after that to become an engrossing read with a unique story line.
The romantic tension between Calder and Lily is beautiful and gentle, like watching a butterfly settle on a daisy in a soft breeze. There will be a sequel, told from Lily's point of view called Deep Betrayal in the spring of 2013. I'll be eager to read it, in part because this one ended in a way that left me curious, but satisfied.
