I agreed with many of the ideas in this book, but some of it was pretty ridiculous. For example, listing her doctoral degree on the cover could lead you to believe that there was some science/research incorporated into the book. Not so. The writing wasn't very good. It had the feeling of a "ghostwritten" book. It seemed to me that the entire book was just Bialik saying what she does, and that it's right. However, her kids are not yet grown, and I don't think you can use yourself as a testcase without seeing the final result. The silliest section though was the part about not teaching your children manners. I think that excessively coaching your kids is meaningless, but Blossom takes it to a whole new level.
