i don't remember this book. i don't go for graphic novels that much because they don't stick in mymind. i read it when i was doing the artist residency at the anchor archive. this book was in their library. my ex-husband liked adrian tomine, as i recall, & i think his shit is pretty all right too. nice drawings, but if i recall correctly, it's not always as feminist-minded as i might like. there is sometimes some skeeziness in the way the protaganist's girlfriends are described. but to be honest, i read this book over a year ago & can't even remember what it was actually about.
