Eleanor's "master" is going away for a week and while he is away, he has decided to "loan" her to a friend of his. Being with her master for several years now, Eleanor has been given to other men before, she's no stranger to the situation. But this time, she can't help but feel negative about her long seven days with this man. Daniel, the name of her master's friend, is a widow of three years and needs some help getting reaquainted with the world. Eleanor imagines an older, hollow, desperate man and is pleasantly surprised when she finds Daniel to be easy on the eyes and quite the gentleman. Over the course of seven days, Daniel "takes" Eleanor in every way imagineable. She is surprised to discover her thoughts softening towards him and soon she's not as anxious for the loan to end.
This was an extremely sexy, hot short read. Lots of detail was packed into these short pages all burning up and steaming! I loved how the author titled her book, and when you read the story, you'll understand how the title ties in not only with the character's circumstances, but their professions as well.
My only gripe with this story would be the ending. The author leaves you hanging and the reader is left to determine for themselves the outcome! Frustrating to me, but great writing on her behalf!
Great read! Four Stars and smoking hot!!
