Another very solid installment in The Clockwork Century series.
Perhaps a bit slow in the beginning, but it definitely picks up speed once the main character is established.

If this book has a weakness it is that we've seen most all of what Rector (main character) is seeing for the first time, so much of the book is rehashing what is now common knowledge.

All that said, in my opinion Cherie Priest's books are the embodiment of Steampunk literature, and I can't wait for the next installment.
