Wheat Belly: Lose the Wheat, Lose the Weight, and Find Your Path Back to Health

It was interesting, but a LOT of information. I had never thought about the impacts of genetically engineered food. It makes sense that if wheat has been so engineered for crop yield, however it doesn't make sense that it has been tested on humans. And then the diet suggestion is basically go no-carb. It's not just eliminating wheat and eating gluten-free pretzels, but corn, rice, potatoes...
That being said, I feel a lot better when I"m not eating wheat and have cut way back on my carbs in the last month. But I can't give up corn chips. I've lost about 3-4 lbs without much exercise. However, if I'm a guest in someone's home, I'm not going to put up a stink about eating carbs, I'm just going to eat them and then move on, especially if there is birthday cake!
