I'm not well-versed in economics, but one need not be in order to understand the content of this book. Everything is well-explained. No wonder Mr.Stiglitz won a Nobel in Economics. He's devoted his career to the study of inequality in our democracy. The book reenforced some things I already knew and taught me lots of new things. Unfortunately, it also filled me with despair in many respects. But, at the same time, I'm glad I read it.
