Can't say I agree with everything here, (for example, I would assert that gov't is another form of superorganism that requires limits and controls, and I think the Great Society had a role in the Southern states becoming Republican), but he's definitely given me a lot to think about, particularly when it comes to how I talk about these issues with others. It really explains some of the more puzzling exchanges I've had with people who differ with me on politics and related issues.
