Artificial Intelligence Personality Turing Hooper is a mainframe computer in the Universal Library. When she was programmed by Zack, she was given a personality which is somewhat human. When Zack disappears, she notices and eventually suspects foul play. As she communicates with two humans using email and does some sleuthing around the computer system in the Universal Library, irregularities in the company are noticed. Her intelligence helps protect her human helpers. It is an interesting look at our increasingly technological based society. At times, the story drags a bit as Turing expounds on computerization but it is still an interesting mystery with a novel idea.
