The final book of the Maze Runner series is as action packed as the first two. This is a problem for me. Two books of non stop running and fighting and unanswered questions led to so much build up of wanting answers and resolutions for book three.

In this book, the action never stops, very few answers are given and the ones you get aren't very well thought out or intelligent. It all reminded me of one of those made for tv action movies where everything wraps up nicely in the end with little explanation. Just "it's over and we live happily ever after."

I have a hard time accepting this finale considering how much baiting Dashner did to get us hanging on in the first two books. Now I just feel manipulated and that's a crappy way to end what I felt was a very promising trilogy.
