This book... OMG! MTV's Teen Wolf series is by far my FAVORITE TV SHOW IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE FREAKING WORLD. I mean I honestly LOVE that show. I love all of the characters and the plot is freaking awesome. There is not one thing about that show that I hate. When I found out there was going to be a Teen Wolf book, I obviously was freaking out.

Okay so with this book I found it at the beginning a little hard to start reading because of what I've seen on TV from the show. It could cause someone to be a little confused at first. Plus it starts in the middle of season 1 which I haven't seen forever but that was good it allowed me to do some catching up. Anyway, I liked how Nancy Holder had parts from the series that was already known to people who watch the show. It was a good way to keep the book flowing. Once I started reading it more I really got into it. I loved the different POV's in the book because in the show it's mostly focusing on Scott's POV. I felt there was a lot more with Derek and Lydia in the book which isn't a bad thing at all. So pretty much over all the whole book was AMAZING. Of course now I'm going to talk about my favorite part.

DEREK HALE<3.
He is by far my favorite character in the TV show but he was also my favorite in the book. I really enjoyed learning about his character in the flash back moments where Kate Argent was in the picture. In the show most people think Derek is a bad guy and doesn't care about other people. I can see where people think that because all he does is slap around Stiles and Scott. Plus since he's an Alpha now he has all this great power. In the book you see though how he was once in love, how he was once a boy that had feelings, and how he was once a person that actually did care. This book allows you to see and feel everything he has been through. It honestly helps you understand more why some things are done by Derek.

So with all of this said. the book was GREAT. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who watches Teen Wolf or to anyone who would like a good werewolf story. Thank you Nancy Holder for writing this amazing book. You're freaking awesome. :]
I hope there is another one because I was really digging this one. It would be interesting to see what goes on next. :D
