it was amazing

Wow, what a book. Never have I been so enraged and angry from a book. Torture is deplorable, and any country or individual that allows it, especially on children, for ANY REASON, is the worst. This book is simply amazing, and it gave me a real eye-opener to Guantanamo Bay (even if this isn't an entirely true story) and the horrors of torture. I think it made me realise the human cost of the world's obsession with anti-terrorism, and that people seem to be able to ignore ethics and morality so they can protect their country, even making people confess to things THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, or they were not involved in. I think this is a book that needs to be read, and people need to realise that not everyone is a terrorist, and even 'ethical' interrogation techniques should be abolished, because the cost is too high for those that are truly innocent.
