bookshelves: elaine-reads, realistic-fiction, shelly-reads

The List has existed for years. It magically appears Homecoming week and its creator and official stamp kept a secret. This powerful List targets two high school girls from each grade as either “prettiest” or “ugliest.” These eight females endure fractured friendships, social isolation, heartbreak, shattered egos, and self-doubt. The ramifications impact the student body and the principal wants the list stopped. In the end, the creator is exposed and you’ll be shocked who it is. Is the List reality or just a stupid game? You decide! (Grades 7 & up)
