Sylvie discovers that her flamenco family is pink because they eat pink shrimp. But Sylvie is tired of being pink, so she tries eating things that aren't pink--like palm leaves. And chocolate. And a paisley swim suit. Lively, lighthearted Sylvie will delight young readers, while the message of the story--being comfortable with your appearance--will please adult readers.
