Jude Frances Murray travels from Chicago to live in her cousin's cottage in the town of Ardmore, Ireland. Jude is a tight ass neurotic who can't find the back bone to do what she pleases instead of pleasing her parents. Aidan Gallagher is the local pub owner, who has the gift of story telling, believing in the Irish lore and has his eye on Jude. Jude has seen the ghost of Gwen and the ghost of Carrick but doesn't believe in the beginning. As she hears the stories and travels the Moors, Jude discovers what she wants in life, to write stories. Her battle with Aidan over romance, marriage and building friendships is amusing. It's a coming of age story for Jude and Aidan, written with fantasy and romance to keep the reader turning the pages.
