Read in November, 2008

I read this on the Metro and had to stop myself from leaping up and shouting "YES!" every couple pages. If I had the ability to develop a climate policy, this would be it almost exactly. A paper copy should be sent to every single member of Congress and every state governor. Short term economics is nothing when balanced against long term survival, and I wish that realization would happen sooner rather than later.
