One of the better reads on my journey of YA lgbtqi fiction. It still wasn't amazing but at least it had a resolution that made me content.

The way the two girls spoke, especially Annie, is a bit bothersome because it felt very exaggerated but I could picture it. Her way of speech actually reminded me of what Rachel Berry from Glee may have been in the past. The fact that she has an amazing voice helped with that association as well.

Liza is a bit boring. Aside from her talent in academics, I didn't feel like she had much of a personality. It may have been because all of what she wanted to say or do was in her head and never really put into action unless prompted.

Overall, pretty decent.
