I was solidly a zombiephile until this book taught me the power of unicorns. Now I love them both. All of the stories were entertaining and satisfying, except for Inoculata, which was entertaining until it ended. In fact it didn't seem to end, it just sort of stopped, like the author ran out of ideas, or his computer crashed...forever. I also could have done without the editors' "clever" debate/introductions to each story - they didn't really add anything - seemed more like an effort to show that they actually contributed something. But those were short and easy to forget. It would have been fun to have at least one story that actually pitted zombies against unicorns, but in reading what this book was about I knew not to expect that, so wasn't disappointed. Overall a lovely collection of quirky, creative stories.
