I thoroughly enjoyed this second of the series mainly because of Theodosia herself. While only eleven, she is quite smart and witty and knows more than any adult realizes about the current goings on at her parents museum. I had forgotten what an enjoyable character she is. Plus, it's also about mummies, an ancient staff, and Egypt--although this one is set entirely in England. Much fun to read and will read her next.
