$3 for 50 pages is a little extreme. if it was anyone but ilona andrews I wouldn't buy it...but I do love me some kate daniels series. this one was about dali and jim and i liked it alot. it was from dali's POV which was awesome and hilarious. but it ended before it even really began. meh. i think i just wanted a whole story. still a good story though. neat magic and baddies. and you get the first chapter of gunmetal magic which is going to be epically awesome. july can't come soon enough!
