First book in a new PN-mystery series. The setting is a bakery run by a witch, her non-magical husband and her niece (who is also a witch.)

Set in Savannah, a lovely city, you get to meet charming--and not so charming--characters, have a little magic, mystery and a dash of possible romance. Everything you need for a cozy mystery. As with most cozies (even the PN ones) a great deal of the story actually deals with the delightful characters you meet up with, pushing the "mystery" part into a very secondary--or even terciary--position. Which, as I'm sure you have gathered by now, means that if you are familar with the genre you don't have a hard time figuring out "whodunit".
