I don't think it's ever smart for any human to wander in the woods alone, EVER! She is lucky that she survived and encountered the kindness of strangers and new friends. One Scene even depicted just how close to danger she really was when she encountered a not so nice human. ok read, I wasn't inspired to go take a hike but I was glad to see that her journey healed her wounds.

Jessica Did you read the book that discredits greg mortensons "three cups of tea?"
It made me completely mad that I wasted my time buying his books and reading them. ;(

Travelcrazyone I thought those were discredited back! I didn't want to believe them so I didn't read it, denial at its best! I guess, if they even helped one student, they did well. It's a corrupt, backwards society, hard to believe much out of there !

Reese I felt exactly the same way about this book..all I kept thinking the WHOLE time is what an idiot. I mean come on...we all go through our really bad times myself included. Did not like this book.
