I wanted to like it more than three stars.

Mary is an interesting character. She seems so strong, so sure of her desire for a life beyond her small village (surrounded by zombies, thank you very much).

But her indecision, initially over the love triangle but now that I think about it really over everything in her life, got to be kind of annoying by the end. Look at your choices. Look outward for more choices. But then make a choice. And be happy with it. Don't always wonder what was on the other side.
