The thing I loved the most about this book was the voice of Elysia. Since she is a clone and is basically just "born" and has been oriented into life by a scientist her observations are extremely clinical at times, but as she develops her language grows slowly more casual and she integrates more colloquial terms and speech into her vocabulary. For me, that was the thing that made this book. The premise is interesting and I liked the development of the story and that ending! But Elysia behaved the way I expected her to behave and remained consistent through the book. Loved it!

I received this ARC at BEA and the book is coming out in October, so keep an eye out for it :)
