I'd read some of this before, pulled as the essays/articles are from here and there, but no matter. It's all very rereadable since I like Anthony Bourdain immensely and have done since the very first time I saw him, back when he was first on Food Network. I kind of want to be him when I grow up. I like his food porn and I like when he gets all sentimental and I like his brutal honesty. I like very much that he can look back at what he's said before and admit that he was a twat about things.

Anyway, this book made me hungry. It made me lose my appetite. It made me really want to visit Singapore.

Good stuff!
