This book started off so awesome, and by the end I just hated it. Seriously, hated. It turns into a giant cheesefest, and the romance didn't work for me at all, and I didn't care about anyone - and I am a sucker for fictional characters. This book was an enormous disappointment. And definitely the talkiest book about an assassin ever.

With that said, I'm still giving it three stars. It'll go over well with folks who are OK with Twilight-style romance. It needed a lot more killing though, for a book about an assassin. Maybe in the sequel. Which I doubt I will read.

Kim Kanofsky I think I am putting this on my back burner now. I like it, but it is a LONG book to only like. I will pick it up again later, though, since I love Robin (R.L. LaFevers).
