did not like it
bookshelves: free-kindle, memoir, non-fiction, mental-illness, abandoned
Read from June 26 to July 03, 2012

I very rarely abandon books, but I had to with Turning Inside Out. I completely understand it must have been very theraputic for Ms. Jules to write out her emotions and history of an abusive relationship with her grandfather but this does not read well. It is choppy and all over the place. I am sure it makes total sense to the author, but it is just not coherant enough for a larger audience. Save the stream of conciousness writing for a smaller piece of work or a journal.
