Cassidy Jones is a super fun read! I love books with strong female leads, and while reading super-hero type fiction isn't usually top on my list, I'm so glad I sat down with this one. The characters are personable and well-written, and the villain is simultaneously creepy and hilarious. There's enough intrigue to go around with everything from an intrepid reporter, a fifteen-year-old with the bearing and skills most adults don't possess (Emery), a shadowy spy figure, and a fourteen-year-old girl with sudden abilities (Cassidy) that she's not too sure what to do with, but when several people are kidnapped, she may be the only one who can rescue them.

I can't wait to read the next one!
