What a terrible, terrible book. I knew there had to be something wrong with it when I got it for a insanely cheap price on a secondhand book sale. It took me months to finish reading it, that's how bad it was. The whole thing was like a freaking deus ex machina convention. And stalling to the point the already bland characters' actions started to get too ridiculous. Plus the unengaging, basic writing I just can't this book ever got published. Hell, can't believe this is part of a series. One of the worst books I've read in a while.
