Ok this was a strange comic book. But I probably think this because I have not ready any of the previous Locke & Key books. Also I only had access to the first issue of the series. I think if you like the previos books then you will have more of an understanding than I did and will enjoy this one too. This seems to be the story of how the series began, which was pretty interesting and takes you back to the Revolutionary War time period. But for me there just was too much confusion and too many questions not answered about what was going on for me to really enjoy the part of the book I read.
