This book was nuts! First, I have to say I love Tarryn Fisher's writing style. So smooth and she pulls you into the story with her subtle description. She captured Olivia's emotional scars with such honesty. And she threw some twists into the story that were slam-the-door WOW. We never knew what Olivia was going to do next.

The scene in the grove is one I shall not forget. It's one of the most memorable scenes I've read in a long time. So raw, so evocative, so powerful.

I wanted to strangle Olivia at times, and there were some points in the story where her obsessiveness became slightly annoying, but I could understand a lot of her behavior. She's such a truly fascinating character.

I hope to read more from Tarryn Fisher soon!
