I didn't expect much from Shocking True Teen Stories, but a lot of the stores were interesting and easy to relate to, because teen's go through these issues. My only problem is that a lot of the stories were repeated, by that, I mean that they were from the magazine. I am subscribed to Seventeen Magazine, so I browsed through a few of the stories, already knowing how the story was going to go.
The title: "Shocking" True Teen Stories, well, there the stories don't exactly shock you, but they are true teen stories. You may not gasp once you read the book with how surprising the story is, but reading an actual experience from a teen may help you if you're going through the same thing.

The stories were short (the entire book was 45 pages) and its a great bargain for $1.99! Like I said the stories can be found in Seventeen Magazine, but it is a good read if you are not subscribed.
