22.0% "Protagonist/narrator Jessica Darling (and by extension, author Megan McCafferty) is so damn smart that this book is pure fun to read, and yet it's nowhere near fluff. I wish I'd had it during my teenage years." 1 comment

60.0% "I hate that Hope is a device rather than a character and that the narrator can be so hard on girls. But the sex talk is realistic, and I'm intrigued by a YA novel bold enough not to do the standard formula of one year = one book. This starts midway(ish) through Jessica Darling's sophomore year and continues through the summer and junior year. Bravo."

93.0% "Wait...that's the end of the book?? I don't know if I'd have been so shocked if the Kindle version didn't end at 93% (with previews for Charmed Thirds), but I was thinking we'd meet Hope in the last 7%. Anyway. This was pretty damn good."
