How I came upon a book this good is beyond me, honestly, but I can tell you I'm so glad I read it. I'm not much into the "tragedy" and "family dead" sort of plots, but while reading this book, it seemed well-planned so I gave the go-ahead to myself. And I really did love this book, especially with Will, the numerous awesome friends, and Jimmy. (I really cannot get over Jimmy.) One thing I really liked about this book was that Rose wasn't shown as some sort of snob or whatever the stereotypes show these days about cheerleaders and quarterbacks. It was refreshing to read about something steering well clear of the high school drama I get so tired of. If anyone's up for a tragic, but sweet, story like this, I'd recommend this novel to you.
