This story was like crack for me! I could not stop reading once I started. I stayed up so many late nights! The story was crazy, unbelieveable crack, that permeates every pore. I wanted to choke Jonna. Will you drop that crazy, impulsive, car stealing, drug addicted boyfriend? No, keep him around because you feel bad for him and you want him to rescue you. NUTS! Chris can't even rescue himself, let alone another person. Poor self-esteem, inability to make good choices, no great male role model, makes for bad choices in life. Why don't women value themselves any more? Don't woman know who they are? I did not like the part in the book, near the end, where she says God doesn't look out for her or love her? God loves each one of us. He knows who we are and wants good things for us. Why blame God on your bad choices? Maybe the struggle was his way of perfecting you... ya think!? We are never finished. Keep going Jonna!
