Recommended for: the newly "saved" who still fantasize about vampires

This was not a vampire love story that happened to be a novel about the human struggles of past and current emotional issues.

This was not a vampire love story. Period.

This was a book about a woman struggling with addiction problems and finding solace in 'The Almighty' that randomly had a fucking vampire in it.

Easily the most ridiculous thing I've ever had the misfortune of stumbling upon. Except maybe my ex-husband.

Jennifer Oh wow. Is a book about alcoholism really called "Thirsty"?

message 2: by Brie (new) - rated it 1 star

Brie Yes, yes it is. The author basically used the vampire as a metaphor for an alcoholic. It was truly ridiculous.
