"How Will You Measure Your Life" addresses the subject of personal development through the lens of business theory. This might sound like an odd approach - or at least a little wonkish - but it works. The end product is an enlightening and instructive little book. It turns out there are indeed parallels between how a business develops a strategy and how individuals develop a strategy. Similarly, understanding how companies allocate resources to achieve their purposes can go a long way toward helping individuals understand resource allocation at a personal level.

Peppered throughout the book are Christensen's personal observations on faith, family, and integrity. Taken in total, "How to Measure Your Life" offers a unique perspective on charting life's course. Recommended for recent grads, new families, and anyone still trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up.
