Cover: I love this cover, its colors are warm and draws your focus too the two people hungrily looking at one another. They are most likely portraying the angel of a man, Lance Soliel and the woman who entranced by him Valerie Tate aka Dracula. The text design for the title is brilliant. The name and beauty of this cover is what made me want to read this to begin and then the description made it a "I have to read!"

My thoughts: I love the beginning the detailed birth of Dracula, spot on for the age and time with the birthing ropes, even the slightest details made this part shine it drew me and held my attention. Also ingenious way to make the switch that she was a "boy".

It is very fast paced and hard to keep up with at times but it never lost my attention. There are many surprises in store. I love the characters of Lance, the extremely attractive army vet, fallen angel who has a vendetta against his blackberry in the beginning which I found comedic and Valerie, Dracula herself with her strength, determination and flare. Its's amazing how the author twisted and turned the old Bella Lugosi style Dracula with his widow's peak, black cape and tacky red-star amulet into a bad-girl, never takes no for an answer, heroine but keeps true to the real Vlad in many ways. It's something that has never seen or read before. Bravo!

I don't want to go into too many details because it hasn't been released yet, no spoilers for you :)

Will definitely tell my friends to pick up this book available July 19th, 2012, the details and descriptions are wondrous and HOT! Anyone that loves to read paranormal books will gobble this one up. I cannot wait for the next two installments of the Blood Wings Series.

Favorite Part of the Book: The Epilogue, its Epic!
