After trying three dishes from this book I am giving it four stars. Every dish I have made has been very tasty. The recipes are easy to make and healthy, too.

Maggie The only thing that I have had time to make is Minestrone soup. It turned out really good except that my house smelled like soup and onions for most of the week. But it was well worth it for three days worth of food that was easy to make.
