My review of this will appear at Romancing the Book, but I did want to share one of my favorite quotes from the book:
"Murky and roiling, the waters were as uncertain and cold as her own future. She shuddered involuntarily because she sensed, just beneath the dark surface, the truth was rising, fangs sharpened, jaws open."
LOVE the wording!! This was an excellent read and felt rather "gothic" to me. It also kept me guessing! Definitely recommend!!
