An interesting book to read about what Drew, a fitness trainer, went through in purposely leading a sedentary lifestyle, eating junk, and as a result gaining 70 pounds and then losing it in 6 months. While he doesn't go into detail on how he lost it, this book is more about his struggle. The recipes and fitness routines are the best part of this book. Before he conducted the experiment, Drew had basically been a fitness Nazi and couldn't understand why people would CHOOSE to be fat rather than fit. And then he found out it's not as easy as he thought to live right after he developed bad habits during the experiment.
