I was really disapointed in this book. Susan Andersen's books are typically very good and this one just wasn't. There was no apparent chemistry between the characters and I didn't feel like Andersen liked these characters very much. Even the next book about the half brother doesn't seem especially interesting. I would totally be interested in reading about the best friend/ Pizza chef if Susan Andersen was inclined to write a book about her. But, we all know how much she doesn't like to write about related books.
